I love CrossFit because of the availability and call to fitness for so many different skill levels of so many different people. The community keeps people coming back, and the workouts keep everyone on their toes. CrossFit also allows me to participate in all of the activities I enjoy at a higher level of physical prowess.

I love coaching CrossFit, because I enjoy teaching people new skills and techniques. There is so much innovation and so much to learn, not only for athletes, but for us as coaches as well. I enjoy being around like minded people who curse, lift heavy, sweat, and always finish what they start.
