Natalie has been Crossfitting for over eight years now and has been coaching CrossFit for seven years. Utilizing her dance and theater background, she finds creative and educational ways to make fitness fun, safe, and effective for any age group. She also organizes charity events to help raise money for local and national organizations to help support their cause.
She is a certified Personal Trainer from the National Strength and Conditioning Association and holds Level 1, Mobility, and CrossFit Kids certifications from CrossFit. She also has a bachelor’s degree in Acting and Interdisciplinary Studies. Aside from CrossFit, she has a passion for powerlifting and has competed on the state level. Natalie also has expertise in training women pre, during, and post-pregnancy to ensure a healthy baby and a healthy mom.
