At Heretic, we’re not your traditional gym. For starters, we’re the only DOCTOR-LED gym in the area so we do things differently. When you come in to see us, you will meet with your dedicated coach and discuss why you want to get fit and how we can help. We want to know about you and your life, what’s working and what’s not and how we can develop a plan of action to ensure you get fit for good this time!

We strongly believe in TEAM (Together Everyone Achieves More). There is strength in numbers, and when you are working beside your teammates you are building character, resiliency and building a foundation together.
We keep our Group Training Classes small (our biggest classes are 12 people) so that our coaches can tailor the workouts to YOU and YOUR ABILITY – customizing the experience for you.
Have an injury? No Problem, we will work around it.
Can’t do a particular movement? We’ll provide alternatives so that you are still getting progress to someday being ABLE to do the movement.
We set up every one of our clients/athletes with their own PERSONAL, PROFESSIONAL COACH, meaning that everyone can walk into a group setting with an individualized plan specific to them. This way, it eliminates the guesswork, customizes the results to where YOU are in your HERETIC Journey – all so that whether you are an experienced athlete or just starting out, you can be set up for success to progress the way YOU want.
EVERY MEMBERSHIP LEVEL has some one on one sessions sprinkled in. This allows you to work with your coach to develop in whatever area you want – Powerlifting, Functional Fitness, Spartan Race, Olympic Lifting or maybe just help and guidance to lose those last few unwanted pounds.
