This is a 90 day transformational process that will have you going from sitting on the couch to moving like a pro (or close to it)!!
Start your journey with a complimentary consultation
  • Make sure that we’re a good fit for you and you’re a good fit for us
  • We’re not for everyone so we want to make sure this is going to be a mutually beneficial relationship BEFORE we even begin.
The First 6 Weeks
  • 12 1-1 sessions with your dedicated coach and accountability partner
  • They will show you the basics of what we do, assess the level of where you’re at, and design a custom program for you to progress.
The Second 6 Weeks
  • Unlimited group classes (we suggest 2-3 per week) with weekly check-ins by your coach
  • Test the waters and experience our awesome community and fun classes. This is where you put your first 6 weeks of learning to the test.
  • Your coach will check in with you each week to see how things are going, make necessary modifications, and continue to guide you on your journey.
